LCOR Spring Clean-up – Volunteers Needed

Dear LCOR Congregation :

We will be having our LCOR Spring Clean-up of the property on 4/22/23 ( EARTH DAY 2023 ) .

The time will be 9am until 12 noon, with lunch being served immediately after the Clean-up.

As always, we have both inside and outside work available and are asking for volunteers.

It is through these continued efforts that our property remains looking as nice as possible.  

The Clean-up work involved will include :

OUTSIDE

Trimming hedges / bushes and removing debris/branches, around property edges

Raking up edges of property where needed from winter debris :

Behind all playground fencing

Behind Daycare to tree line

Along route 140

Weeding all beds as necessary

Spreading mulch in all the beds as necessary

Removing any debris or dead branches across the property

Prepping the Children’s garden for planting

Trimming grasses near playground fencing

Windows  Outside window cleaning, if possible

Gutter cleaning  Mike from ROOF

INSIDE 

Windows   Inside Daycare window cleaning, if possible

LCOR Kitchen clean-up     –  Maintaining a clean kitchen environment remains vital to LCOR and Daycare

LCOR Closet clean-up       –   There is also a possibility of a small inside crew with enough support

We want to organize, but also donate or discard unused materials

Sanctuary PEWS                –     General cleaning – wiping down

This will be a divide and conquer activity for whatever you desire to assist on.

Gloves and rakes and blowers and wheel barrels are always welcome.
