Healing Worship Service
Sunday, March 23rd Healing Services: This service began as a way to remember, grieve, and heal after the lockdown of the Covid-19 pandemic. As we continue on these years later, we’ve continued to hold a Service for Remembrance, Hope, and Healing during Lent to allow ourselves to pause and reflect on the ways we’ve grown in the past year and the ways we still need to heal in the next. The service includes a litany and prayers that focus on this healing and hope. The congregation will be invited to light a candle in memory of someone or as a sign of healing and courage for the days ahead, and they may also receive an anointing of oil as a sign of healing and remembrance of baptism.
